1. Placed an order! What follows next?

Once your order has been placed, you will get an email and SMS that will be generated automatically. Your Order ID and the anticipated delivery time will be given.

2. Can I change my information after I've placed the order?

You have up to two hours to change your contact information or shipping information. Please contact us at care@smarthygiea.com so we can assist you.

3. After placing an order, can it be changed?

Unfortunately, once you've placed an order, it cannot be changed. You can, however, always add another. We are quick and simple.

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We deliver quite quickly. To make you happy, it takes us 3-7 business days.

5. What fees apply to a Cash on Delivery Order?

Unfortunately, we don’t have the option of Cash on Delivery.
