EXCHANGE & REFUND

1. All order cancellations will be handled as per our Standard Cancellation Policy
2. After placing an order we don’t process and exchange our refunds since they are highly sensitive hygiene products.
3. If you have received the product, it will only be eligible for replacement and only in cases where there are defects found with the product - you’re advised to make a video of opening the package.
4. In order to get a defective item replaced, contact Customer Care via Contact Us within 24 hours from the date of delivery. The defective product or part of the product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.
5. Definition: 'Return' is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the customer to the Seller/Smart Hygeia on the 6. Smart Hygeia website. In all the cases mentioned below, the customer would only be provided with a replacement and no refund:
  • Item was defective.
  • Items were damaged in transit.
  • Product(s) was/were missing. (Customer must share the unpacking video with our support team)
  • Wrong item was received.


7. Customers can only get a refund of money in the following cases
When product is out of stock or unavailable
The brand has discontinued the product

8. We urge the client to survey the posting prior to settling on the buy choice. In the event that the client arranges an off-base thing, Smart Hygeia/vendor will not be qualified for any return/discount.

The following rules apply to this policy:

1. Certain consumable items cannot be returned or refunded for, if the seal is broken.
2. In case of damaged or any missing product the customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Once the customer has raised the request, he/she needs to provide visual proof to Smart Hygeia within 3 days from the time of delivery.
3. In case of damaged products, the customers should share an image. In case of missing products, the customers need to share an unboxing video as proof.
4. If the product has been marked delivered but the customer has not received the order, he/she needs to raise the complaint within 24 hrs. All items that need to be returned must be:
  • Unused and should be in their original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • Should not be broken or tampered with
5.In the event the Seller accepts the return requested by the customer, the customer will only receive the replacement once they have returned the product.
6. Replacement shall only be processed after a quality check of the product by the experts at Smart Hygeia
Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with the original box and invoice to Smart Hygeia, C85 , C zone, MIDC Butibori, MIDC, Wateghat, Maharashtra 441122
7. Once the product is delivered we do not provide a replacement for certain products in the following cases:
Size issue
Bought by mistake
Better price available
Item arrived too late
Do not like the product
